Our Story

Tucked at the top of an old mill, behind black steel-framed windows, there's a loft that smells like sugar and warm flour.

This is the Doughinloft kitchen — where gingerbread houses and holiday ornaments are hand-piped, batch by batch, on a long oak table that's seen better decades.

Kiki naps on the flour sacks, waking only for a stray crumb. Pippin trots the floorboards with a gift box in his mouth — though he's been known to deliver it to the wrong corner of the loft entirely.

Winters here run long. The windows fog. The piping bags get refilled. Today's batch rests overnight before it's dusted, boxed, and sent on its way.

No one's quite sure who started it all. The loft doesn't say. It just keeps baking.
